The provision of online payment services by Fourthline is subject to the new European Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) as implemented in most of the European countries in which Fourthline operates.
In view of such implementation, Safened-Fourthline B.V. applied for a license as a payment institution with the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank, “DNB”).
